摘 要:沉积物是水生生态系统的重要组成部分,在有毒重金属的运输和贮藏中起着十分重要的角色。重金属是沉积物中最持久的污染物,可以通过食物链进行传递,对生态环境以及人体健康造成巨大的危害。近年来对沉积物中重金属的毒性评价已经成为了当前环境领域研究的热点问题。综合了近几年国内外对重金属毒性的评价,介绍了几种国际上常用的水生生物(藻类、无脊椎动物、底栖生物以及鱼类)分析了四种水生生物作为毒性实验的优缺点,并且指出对沉积物重金属的毒性评价仍是今后的研究重点。Sediment is an important part of aquatic ecosystems,plays a very important role in transporting and storage of toxic heavy metals.Heavy 'metal is the most persistent pollutant in sediments.It can be passed through the food chain,causing great damage to ecological environment and human health.In recent years,the toxicity evaluation of heavy metals in sediments has become a hot issue in environment investigation.In this article,the research status of heavy metals toxicity evaluation in recent years was summarized.Several kinds of aquatic organisms (algae and invertebrates,benthos and fish )for heavy metals toxicity evaluation were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of four aquatic organisms for toxicity experiment were discussed,and it's point out that the toxicity evaluation of heavy metals in sediment should still be the research emphasis in the future.
