摘  要:对一种高硫高酸原油引起的环烷酸腐蚀行为进行了详细的研究和分析,发现硫化物和环烷酸是引起腐蚀的主要介质。采用能谱分析和扫描电镜研究了环烷酸腐蚀与硫化物引发的晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂之间的交互关系。当工作环境温度由高温转向低温时,由硫化物衍生的连多硫酸引起的不锈钢的腐蚀是明显的。当工作温度由低温向高温转变时,环烷酸的腐蚀行为应当引起足够的重视。含Mo的奥氏体不锈钢在应对环烷酸腐蚀中效果显著。当腐蚀较为严重时,可以考虑Mo含量较高的奥氏体不锈钢317L以获得更好的抗腐蚀效果。The naphthenic acid corrosion behavior of austenitic stainless caused by high sulfur and high acid crude oil was studied and analyzed.It's found that sulfide and naphthenic acid were main media to cause the corrosion behavior. The interaction relationship between the naphthenic acid corrosion and intercrystalline corrosion caused by sulfide, stress corrosion cracking was studied by energy spectrum analysis and electron microscope analysis.The results showed that when the working temperature changed from high temperature to low temperature,the corrosion of stainless caused by sulfide was obvious;when the working temperature changed from low temperature to high temperature,the corrosion of stainless caused by naphthenic acid was obvious.Mo-containing austenic stainless steel showed better resistance to the naphthenic acid corrosion.So austenic stainless steel 317L with high Mo content can be used under high corrosion conditions.
