摘  要:针对某石化公司炼油厂延迟焦化装置,产品先经过冷却器冷却,由油品罐区输送至下游装置加热升温,存在装置间重复用能的问题。通过技术改造,提出能量优化的措施,采取热供料方式,实现了上下游装置间的热联合,解决装置间重复用能问题。应用此项技术节约了冷却介质及燃料,降低了因燃料燃烧产生的含硫、含氮化合物的排放。经过比较改造前后进料温度、瓦斯消耗量等参数,每年可节省燃料1 051.2 t,为企业创效270.24万元。In original delayed coking unit of a petrochemical company's refinery,the product was cooled by the cooler, and was transported from the oil tank area to the downstream unit to heat up,and there was a problem of repeated energy use between the units.In this paper,through technical transformation,the measures of energy optimization were proposed,and the way of hot feed was adopted to realize the heat comprehensive utilization between upstream and downstream devices,so as to solve the problem of repeated energy use between devices.The application of this technology can save cooling medium and fuel,and reduce the emission of sulfur and nitrogen compounds caused by fuel combustion.After comparing the parameters such as feed temperature and gas consumption before and after the transformation,it's pointed out that it can save 1051.2tons of fuel per year and create a profit of 2.7024million Yuan for the enterprise.
