摘  要:通过对5块轻钢泡沫混凝土组合墙体偏心受压承载力试验,分别对有无泡沫混凝土、有无拉条、自攻螺钉间距对立柱在偏心荷载作用下稳定承载力进行了研究。通过试验发现:内部填充泡沫混凝土后,轻钢立柱不再发生整体弯曲屈曲,只发生局部屈曲,中间立柱的极限承载力比空心墙体的可以提高81%;对于内部填充泡沫混凝土的组合墙体,以螺钉间距300mm为基准,螺钉间距为400mm的中间立柱极限承载力降低3.88%左右,螺钉间距为200mm的中间立柱极限承载力提高6.91%左右;拉条对中间立柱极限承载力提高1.55%。参考《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》,给出了不同参数下轻钢泡沫混凝土组合墙体在偏心受压条件下的计算长度建议值和偏心受压承载力计算公式。By the tests on the eccentric compressive bearing capacity of 5 lightweight steel foam concrete combination walls,the effects of the presence or absence of foamed concrete,the presence or absence of struts,and the distance between self-tapping screws on the stability bearing capacity of the stand column under eccentric loading are studied.Through experiments,it is found that after the interior of foamed concrete is filled,the overall 3.88%,and the ultimate capacity of the middle column with a screw spacing of 200mm is increased by about 6.91%.The ultimate capacity of the strip to the middle column is increased by 1.55%.By reference to Technical Specifications for Cold-formed and Thin-walled Steel Structures,the recommended value for the calculation length and the formula of the eccentric compression bearing capacity under the conditions of eccentric compression under different parameters about the light steel foam concrete combination wall are given.
