摘 要:为了研究装配式钢筋桁架混凝土组合梁中螺栓剪力连接件的受力性能,对5组采用螺栓连接件的装配式钢筋桁架混凝土组合梁推出试件和3组对比试件进行了试验研究,分别考虑螺栓直径、埋置长细比、预留孔内混凝土强度、钢筋桁架模板等因素对螺栓抗剪承载力和破坏模式的影响。试验结果表明:预制钢筋桁架混凝土板中螺栓连接件的抗剪承载力与现浇钢筋桁架混凝土板中螺栓连接件的抗剪承载力相差不大;螺栓受剪承载力随螺栓直径的增加而增加;随螺栓埋置长细比增大而增大,随孔内混凝土强度增加而增加;钢筋桁架预制板中螺栓连接件的抗剪承载力略高于普通混凝土板中螺栓连接件的抗剪承载力。In order to study the mechanical properties of bolt shear connectors in prefabricated steel bar truss composite beams,a series of push-out specimens with both shear connectors are performed on prefabricated steel bar truss composite beams.The influencing parameters are composed of the bolt diameter,the embedded slender ratio of the bolt,the concrete strength in the reserved hole and the steel bar truss concrete slab.The failure modes and the load-carrying capacity are analyzed in detail.The test results show that the load-carrying capacity of bolt connectors has little difference between the prefabricated steel bar truss concrete slab and the cast-in-place steel bar truss concrete slab.The load-carrying capacity of bolt connectors is improved with the increase of bolt diameter,the embedded slender ratio of the bolt and the concrete strength in the reserved hole.The load-carrying capacity of bolt connectors in the prefabricated steel bar truss concrete slab is slightly larger than that of bolt connectors in the normal concrete slab.
