嵌贴CFRP增强混凝土T型深梁抗剪性能的试验研究

摘  要:本文通过对三点弯荷载下的钢筋混凝土T型深梁结构进行有限元模拟获得相应的应变场的分布特征,据此制定采用嵌贴CFRP条加固T型深梁的试验方案;对两组共6榀T型深梁进行三点弯加载试验,运用新型数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)技术监测深梁表面的应变场;对比研究嵌贴CFRP条加固前后的T型深梁的抗剪性能。结果表明:6榀试验梁均发生以剪切破坏为主的斜压破坏,加固后的T型深梁的斜向开裂荷载与抗剪承载力较未加固前有明显提高;加固后试验梁斜裂缝展开速度减缓,梁表面加载点与支座连线区域应变减小,揭示了嵌贴CFRP条加固混凝土T型深梁后抗剪性能变化规律,表明该加固方法能有效地抑制该试验梁的抗剪破坏;研究成果可为工程实际中嵌贴CFRP抗剪加固混凝土T型深梁提供技术参考。In this paper,deep T-section concrete beam is analyzed to obtain the strain-field in numerical simulation, which can be used to design the embedded CFRP experimental scheme. In experiment, Digital Image Correlation(DIC) detecting method is used to compare the strain field of the six beams under three point loading before and after the CFRP strengthen method. The results show that, all the six beams damage with shear failure. After strengthening, the oblique cracking bearing and shear bearing are increasing, the cracking grows slower. Furthermore, the strain among the force point and the supporting point area decreases which can reveal the shearing capacity law. Conclusion is that embedded CFRP method can strengthen the deep T-section concrete beam and increase the shear failure loading of the structure.
