摘 要:基于光弹法研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)两种材料的二次注射压缩成型中不同工艺参数,包括保压压力、保压时间、熔体温度、模具温度及压缩距离等对PMMA-PC复合平板制件残余应力的影响。结果表明,随保压压力的增大、保压时间的延长,残余应力呈现先减小后增大趋势;增加熔体温度和压缩距离会降低复合平板内的残余应力。模具温度的升高会使复合平板的残余应力逐渐增大,原因在于模内不对称冷却加剧了复合平板内部的残余热应力,当模具温度为70~80℃时,复合平板内残余应力较小且分布均匀。所研究的工艺参数中,模具温度和熔体温度对复合平板的残余应力影响最为显著。The 7 mm polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)-polycarbonate(PC)composite boards were molded by compression injection and quantitative measured by photoelastic method to analyze the effect of parameters on residual stress based on photoelastic method.The 3mm PMMA board was firstly made by normal injection molding and then was put in 7 mm mold cavity.After that,7 mm PMMA-PC composite board was prepared by compression injection molding.The processing parameters like packing pressure,packing time,melt temperature,mold temperature and compression stoke were studied.The results show that,with the increase of packing pressure or packing time,the curves of stress vary likes parabola;the increase of the melt temperature and compression distance will reduce the residual stress of the composite board.The rising mold temperature increases the residual stress of the composite board,because the asymmetric cooling increases the thermal residual stress of composite plate.When the mold temperature is 70℃ or 80℃,the composite board residual stress is smaller and uniformly distributed.Compared to all of process parameters,mold temperature and melt temperature have the most significant effect on the residual stress of the composite board.
