摘　　要：目的研究瑞香狼毒Stellerachamaejasme中的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱技术对瑞香狼毒95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过质谱及核磁共振等数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从瑞香狼毒提取物中分离得到了1个倍半萜类化合物,鉴定为1β,10β-二羟基愈创木-4,11-二烯-3-酮(1)。结论化合物1为新的愈创木烷型倍半萜,命名为狼毒愈创木酮A,是首次从狼毒属植物中分离得到此类化合物。Objective To study the chemical constituents from rhizome of Stellera chamaejasme.Methods The compound was isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques,and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis.Results A new sesquiterpene was obtained from 95%ethanol extract of rhizome of S.chamaejasme and identified as 1β,10β-dihydroxyguaia- 4,11-dien-3-one (1).Conclusion Compound 1is a new guaiane sesquiterpene and named stelleraguaianone A.Meanwhile,the compound with a guaiane sesquiterpene skeleton is also obtained from the genus StelIera for the first time.
