摘 要:目的探究健康教育对儿童口腔健康状况的影响。方法以我市某小学526名儿童作为观察对象,随机将526名儿童分为教育组(263名,应用健康教育干预)、对照组(263名,不采取任何措施)。研究对比教育组和对照组儿童的患龋率、口腔卫生情况及口腔健康知识一行为调查结果。结果教育组儿童患龋率(23.57%)相比对照组(38.78%)明显更低(X^2=14.1760,P<0.05);教育组儿童干预后DI、CI和GI相比对照组明显更优,P<0.05;儿童干预后口腔健康知识一行为调查结果教育组高于对照组(t=53.4697,P<0.05)。结论对儿童采取健康教育十分可行,可有效改善其口腔健康状况。Objective To explore the impact of healthy education on children's oral health.Methods 526children in a primary school in zhuhai were selected as objects of observation,and 526children were randomly divided into education group (263children were treated with healthy education intervention)and control group (263children were treated without any measures).The caries rate,oral health status and oral health knowledge -behavior survey results were compared between education group and control group.Results The caries rate of children in education group (23.57%)was significantly lower than that in control group (38.78%),(X^2=14.1760,P<0.05).After intervention,DI, CI and GI were significantly better in education group than in the control group.Education group had significantly higher oral health knowledge-behavior findings than the control group (t=53.4697,P<0.05).Conclusions Education is feasible and effective in improving oral health in children.
