摘 要:目的研究原发性高脂血症人群与健康人群的血浆中9种主要胆汁酸的分布差异。方法采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)分别测定广州地区21例原发性高脂血症人群和20例健康人群的血浆中9种胆汁酸,并对两组人群血浆胆汁酸结果进行比较。结果两组研究对象血浆中的胆酸(CA)、甘氨胆酸(GCA)、甘氨脱氧胆酸(GDCA)、甘氨鹅脱氧胆酸(GCDCA)和牛磺脱氧胆酸(TDCA)不符合正态分布,熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)、甘氨熊去氧胆酸(GUDCA)、鹅脱氧胆酸(CDCA)和脱氧胆酸(DCA)符合正态分布。同一组别,不同个体之间的同一种胆汁酸含量存在差异,浓度分布范围较宽;同一个体不同种类胆汁酸的含量也存在较大差异。两组研究对象胆汁酸的浓度水平存在差异,原发性高脂血症组的UDCA、GUDCA、CDCA、GCDCA的均值都高于健康对照组,但仅有DCA的浓度水平差异有统计学意义(P=0.003),其他胆汁酸浓度水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论原发性高脂血症人群血浆中DCA的含量显著高于健康人群。Objective To investigate the difference of the distribution of 9 major bile acids in plasma between primaryhyperlipidemia people and healthy people. Methods Plasma bile acids between 21 primary hyperlipidemia people and 20 healthy people from Guangzhou were measured by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS). Theresults of each plasma bile acids were compared between healthy people and primary hyperlipidemia people. Results Bileacid cholic acid(CA),glycocholic acid(GCA),glycodesoxycholic acid(GDCA),glycochenodeoxycholate(GCDCA)andtaurodeoxycholic acid(TDCA) were abnormally distributed; ursodesoxycholic acid(UDCA), ursodeoxycholic acid(GUDCA), anthropodesoxycholic acid(CDCA)and deoxycholic acid(DCA)were normally distributed. In the same group,the concentration of each bile acid was varied and the distribution of concentration range was very wide in individual. Themean concentrations of UDCA,GUDCA,CDCA and GCDCA in primary hyperlipidemia people were higher than those inhealthy people,but only DCA concentration was significantly different between the two groups(P=0.003) and thedifferences among others were not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The concentration of DCA in plasma of primaryhyperlipidemia people was higher than that of healthy people.
