刈割制度对海河平原区紫花苜蓿产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：2012~2015年,在海河平原区以2个苜蓿品种为材料,设置2种刈割制度,每种刈割制度下设置3种刈割次数,从苜蓿各茬次产草量、饲用品质以及农艺性状等方面研究适宜海河平原区苜蓿生产的合理刈割制度。试验结果显示:末次刈割时间确定情况下年刈割5次时产草量和粗蛋白产量最高,年刈割5次处理时产草量和年刈割4次处理差异不显著,显著高于年刈割6次处理,而粗蛋白产量显著高于年刈割4次和年刈割6次处理。两个品种粗蛋白含量、相对饲用价值(RFV值)均随着刈割次数增加而逐渐升高,饲用品质更优,表现趋势一致。综合考虑苜蓿产草量、粗蛋白产量和饲用品质,海河平原区苜蓿生产以年刈割5次为宜,建议第1茬草刈割在现蕾期,一般在5月上、中旬进行,第2茬草刈割间隔为30d,而第3茬、第4茬和第5茬草刈割间隔为40d,此种刈割方式为该地区苜蓿优质高产的合理刈割制度。To determine the cutting system effects on agronomic traits,yield and forage quality of alfalfa,two alfalfa varieties were sown at two cutting systems treatments including 3 cutting times for each one from 2012 to 2015 in Haihe plain area.The results showed that the yield of hay and crude protein were the highest at 5 cutting times each year when the final cutting time was determined.There was no significant difference between the hay yield at 5 cutting times each year and 4 times,both of which were significantly higher than that at 6 cutting times each year.Thecrude protein yield at 5 cutting times each year treatment was significantly higher than that at 4 and 6 cutting times.The crude protein content and RFV value of two varieties gradually increased with the cutting times increasing,while the quality of forage was betterand the trend was consistent.Comprehensive consideration of alfalfa hay yield,crude protein yield and forage quality,alfalfa production is suitable for 5 cutting times each year in Haihe Plain eara.The first stubble should be cut in the bud period,usually in the middle of May.The second stubble cutting interval was30 d,and the third,fourth and fifth stubble cutting interval was 40 d.This cutting system was the proper choice to obtain the high quality and yield of alfalfa in this area.
