摘  要:采用高温氧化的方式对炭黑N330、纳米金刚石(ND)、螺旋纳米碳纤维(CCNFs)3种填料进行表面改性,分别填充天然橡胶。采用扫描电子显微镜、拉伸实验及结合胶量对比研究填料改性前后对天然橡胶的补强性能。结果表明,改性ND与天然橡胶的配合比为1:2条件下,制得的结合胶的屈服强度达到1.68MPa,伸长率达到350.35%,抗拉强度达到1.76MPa,最大力值达到4.18N,具有较好的力学性能。The carbon black N330,nano-diamond(ND)and helical nano-carbon fiber (CCNFs)were modified in their surface by high-temperature oxidation,and were filled respectively to the natural rubber.The reinforcement properties of natural rubber before and after modification were studied by scanning electron microscopy,tensile tests and binding rubber.The results showed that the ratio of modified ND to NR was 1:2,the yield strength of adhesive was up to 1.68MPa,the elongation was 350.35%,the tensile strength was up to 1.76MPa,the maximum force was up to 4.18N,and the mechanical properties were better.
