摘 要:采用固-液两相喷雾反应器在液相[枯草芽孢杆菌(K菌)和光合细菌(G菌)质量配合比为1∶5,含量10%(wt,质量分数),聚丙烯酸钠含量0.1%(wt,质量分数),营养剂含量10%(wt,质量分数)]∶复合非金属矿物(A)=1.0∶0.5条件下,制得固定化复合菌材料(ICM),并研究其对污染底泥及其上覆水体的处理效果。结果表明:ICM能使上覆水体化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮量(NH3-N)和总磷量(TP)的去除率分别达到58.2%、39.7%和50.0%,底泥颜色由黑色转变为黄褐色,臭味减轻,土壤环境得到改善,并对底泥的有机质去除率达到58.3%,水质得到改善。From the microbiological point of view,the solid liquid two-phase spray reactor was used when liquid phase composition (Bacillus subtilis (K bacteria)and photosynthetic bacteria ratio (G bacteria)1:5,content 10wt%, sodium polyacrylate content 0.1wt%,nutrient content 10wt%):composite non metal mineral (A)=1.0:0.5, immobilized compound bacteria material(ICM)was prepared.The treatment effect of material on polluted sediment and its overlying water was studied.The results showed that the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N)and total phosphorus (TP)in the overlying water were 58.2%,39.7%and 50.0%respectively.the color ofsediment changed from black to yellow brown,the odor was reduced,the soil environment was improved,and the removal rate o{organic matter reached 58.3%,indicating that the treatment of water was good.
