摘  要:目的调查广西县级公立中医医院人事薪酬现状,结合广西实际和中医院特点提出改革建议;方法采用文献研究、问卷调查、专家咨询和统计分析的方法对医务人员薪酬水平和结构进行研究,对资料进行描述性和推断性分析;结果广西县级公立中医院医务人员薪酬水平、绩效考核制度认同度均较低,编制内外人员收入差距较大,薪酬制度缺乏公平性;结论从薪酬制度、绩效评价、编制管理、岗位设置改革等方面提出了广西县级公立中医院人事薪酬制度改革思路;Objective To know the current situation of personnel remuneration in Guangxi county-level public hospitals of Chinese medicine,and to put forward the reform recommendations in consideration of the actual situation and characteristics.Methods By means of literature research,questionnaire surveys,expert consultation and statistical analysis,the salary level and structure of medical staff were studied,and the descriptive and inferential analysis were conducted. Results The salary level of medical staffs,the identificationdegree of performance appraisal system were low,the income gap between internal and external personnel is relatively large,and the compensation system lacked fairness. Conclusion From the aspects of salary system,performance appraisal,establishment management,talent recruitment mode reform and so on,there are some reform ideas of personnel compensation system in Guangxi.
