摘　　要：目的分析国内失能老人的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为进一步开展研究提供参考。方法以“中国知网”和“万方数据知识服务平台”为文献数据来源,采用文献计量学方法,应用可视化分析软件CiteSpaceV,对国内“失能老人”的相关文献进行整理和分析。结果国内失能老人领域的相关文献呈逐步上升趋势,近年来出现快速增长趋势;在高发文量的作者中,王玉环团队、唐均、熊吉峰位居前列;在机构网络分析中,石河子大学医学院、中国人民大学、中国社会科学院社会政策研究中心贡献较大;长期照护、医养结合、养老服务、养老机构、影响因素、社会支持等高频关键词形成了该领域的研究热点。结论失能老人领域的相关研究正处于快速发展阶段,但作者之间,机构之间联系较少,仍需各个研究机构和作者之间加强联系和合作,实现跨领域和跨机构之间的深度合作,对该领域的热点难点问题进行更为深入的研究。Objective To analyze the research status,research hotspots and development trends of the disabled elderly in China,and to provide a reference for further research.Methods Using "China Knowledge Network"and "Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform"as the source of literature data,bibliometric method and the visual analysis software CiteSpaceV, and the relevant literature of domestic "disability elderly"were collated and analyzed.Results The related literature in the field of disabled elderly in China showed a gradual upward trend with a rapid growth trend in recent years.Among the authors with high volume of publications,Wang Yuhuan team,Tang Jun,and Xiong Jifeng ranked in the forefront.In the analysis of institutional network,Shihezi University School of Medicine,Renmin University of China and the Center for Social Policy Research of Chinese Academic of Social Sciences made a major contribution.High -frequency keywords such as long -term care,medical care,pension services,retirement institutions,influencing factors and social support formed research hotspots in this field.Conclusion The related research in the field of disabled elderly is in a rapid development stage.However,there are few connections between authors and institutions,and it is still necessary to strengthen the contact and cooperation between various research institutions and authors to achieve the deep co-operation between cross -domain and inter-agency.And to conduct more in-depth research on hot and difficult issues in the field by cooperation.
