金孢子菌引起的足趾感染1例

摘　　要：患者女,61岁。脚趾外伤后一直肿胀,黑色结痂,外院组织病理诊断为感染性肉芽肿,刮取患处痂皮进行真菌镜检及培养,见淡棕色丝状菌生长,经分子鉴定为金孢子菌。患者口服特比萘芬后治愈。A 61-year-old female whose toe was swollen with black crust after an injury.The diagnosis of infectious granuloma was once made in other hospital based on the pathological examination.Mycological assessments (microscopy and culture)of affected skin area showed light brown filamentous growth.Chrysosporium was identified by genetic analysis.The patient was cured with the oral terbinafine.
