摘　　要：本研究旨在比较中国大陆和香港两个地区警察院校的现场急救教学训练情况,分析各自优势,以求互补共赢。为此,课题组成员实地考察香港警察学院及相关学术单位,检索中国知网,分析相关研究报道。结果发现,大陆地区可以借鉴香港警察学院现场急救教学训练管理制度和培训模式,同时进一步加强与本地急救中心合作,提高急救技能应用能力、心理适应和行为能力;同时,香港地区也可以发挥"国际学术交流窗口"优势,与大陆多途径搭建学术合作平台,共谋发展。To achieve mutual benefit on the development of first aid training in police colleges,the present study aimed to compare the first aid training condition in police colleges between China mainland and Hong Kong,with analyzing their respective advantages.Before drawing a conclusion,the research team visited Hong Kong Police College and the relevant academic institutions,also participated the training and investigated the Chinese Citation Database for the information about the first aid training in police colleges in the mainland.Results showed that the management and methods in first aid training in Hong Kong police college were worth well learning.And for the mainland,cooperation between the police colleges and the local emergency centre should be further kept,thus more effects on capacity improvement of first aid applying and psychological and behavioral adaption can be achieved.On the other hand,Hong Kong Police College and related academic institutions should also take the advantage of "International Academic Exchanges Window "and build a platform of academic cooperation with the mainland through variable channels for mutual development in first aid training.
