摘 要:通过试验研究3种加载速率(0.6,6,60mm/s)下的半灌浆套筒连接接头动态性能,分析了试件的破坏形式和荷载-应变变化规律。研究结果表明:大部分试件的破坏始于钢筋被拉断且出现碎浆时,个别试件发生套筒滑丝破坏;试件破坏时钢筋均达到屈服状态,套筒未屈服,满足规范规定的强度要求;随着钢筋直径的增大,试件承载力明显提高;由于机械连接端螺纹与钢筋间的咬合作用消耗了部分动态荷载能量,因此加载速率对半灌浆套筒试件的承载力影响有限。进行装配式结构设计时,可不考虑动态荷载对钢筋连接接头性能的影响。Based on experimental results of dynamic performance of half grout-filled coupling sleeve with three kinds of loading rates(0.6,6,60mm/s),the failure and load-strain relationship are analyzed.The results show that,the failure of most members starts with fracture of bars and failure of grout,individual member fails by thread stripping of coupling sleeves.When members fail,bar yields while coupling sleeves not,which conforms regulations.The strength of members improves significantly with the increase of bar size.Since mechanical connection between threads and bars can consume part of the energy of dynamic loads,the rate of load has minor effect on strength of half grout-filled coupling sleeve.Effect on bar connection joints of dynamic loads can be ignored in the design of precast concrete structures.
