摘　　要：根据多年施工总承包管理经验,总结出一套LSCS总承包管理体系。LSCS总承包管理体系强调以项目整体利益最大化为中心,通过引领、服务、协调、监管等手段提高项目的精细化管理水平,破解施工总承包管理的系统性、多维性、复杂性与动态性管理难题,最终实现各方共赢。LSCS construction primary contractor management system is put forward based on years of experience of construction primary contractor management under the background of construction new era. The project benefits maximization is emphasized through "Leading, Servicing, Coordination and Supervision" in order to raise the level of refined management and solve systematic, multi-dimensional, complex and dynamic problems of construction primary contractor management, finally achieve win-win.
