以形调神在治未病中的应用

摘　　要：随着医学模式由传统的生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式转变,心身医学、预防医学和中医"治未病"得到空前重视。北京中医药大学东方医院治未病中心袁尚华主任医师提出在注重"形神同调"的同时,注重以形调神,形成其独特的养生保健慢病防治策略和方法,对中医治未病具有深远意义和巨大作用。他认为形神和谐是健康的基础和表现,以形调神包括经络调神、药食调神、运动调神、起居调神及环境调神等,通过以形调神达到疏通经络、平衡阴阳、调理气血、安和五脏、强筋壮骨、长养精神,最终做到"形与神俱,而尽终其天年"。相较现代心身医学特色突出,干预手段更加丰富。With the transformation of medical model from traditional biomedical model to bio-psycho-social medical model,psychosomatic medicine,preventive medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)have received unprecedented attention.YUAN Shang-hua,chief physician of the preventive center of oriental hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine,pays attention to the harmony of form and spirit,and puts forward and emphasizes the harmony of form and spirit so as to form a unique strategy and method for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in health care.He believed that harmony between body and spirit was the basis and manifestation of health,which included regulating spirit through meridians,medicine and food,movement,living and living,and environment.By regulating spirit through shape,we could dredge channels and collaterals,balance yin and yang,regulate qi and blood,stabilize the five zang-organs,strengthen muscles and bones, cultivate spirit,and finally achieve ‘both form and spirit,and exhaust'.The end of the year.Compared with modern psychosomatic medicine,the characteristics of intervention are more abundant.
