摘　　要：通过整理研习倪宣化的病案,总结倪老辨治疑难病症的经验。倪老认为辨治疑难病症,要以客观全面的病史资料为基础,运用各种辨证技巧对病症进行综合分析,然后精准选方、变通用药,在复诊时以病机为中心灵活调整处方。倪老辨治疑难病症的经验贯穿辨证论治的全过程,运用于临床多获良效,值得借鉴。Research NI Xuan-hua's medical records and summarize his experience in diagnosis and treatment of difficult and complicated diseases .He thinks,various techniques on syndrome differentiation base on the objective and comprehensive history-taking information.Pathogenesis is the key of accurate prescription and medicine selection.You should adjust the prescription flexibly as the pathogenesis changes for return visit.His experience should be promoted which throughout the whole process of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and has proved to be effective in clinical work.
