摘　　要：麻黄连轺赤小豆汤是《伤寒论》治疗湿热瘀里兼表证的经方,马大正主任医师紧扣内郁湿热,外有表邪之病机,用于治疗有表证兼里湿热的月经疹、妊娠期湿疹、妇人皮肤虫行感、妊娠期药疹等妇科杂病,皆取得卓效,彰显一方治多病、异病同治的理论,其经验具有临床参考价值。Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction is a prescription on interior accumulation of damp-heat with exterior syndrome in Shanghan Lun.Tightly holding the pathogenesis of inside accumulation of damp-heat and outside syndrome, chief physician MADa-zheng has adopted it to treat gynecological diseases such as menstrual rash,eczema during pregnancy, female skin formication and drug eruption in pregnancy,and achieved remarkable results.This case highlighted the theory of ‘one prescription for various diseases'and ‘treating different diseases with same method',showing clinical reference values.
