摘 要:红外热成像技术对冠心病心肌缺血的辅助诊断和疗效评估具有一定的参考意义。目前,红外热成像技术在冠心病的相关研究还处于初级阶段,主要包括了冠心病与体表相关区域和相关穴位之间的关联性进行探索,并对冠心病的辅助诊断和疗效评估进行了对比,但目前研究仍存在诸多不足之处。文章对红外热成像技术在冠心病的研究现状进行总结,并对目前研究中存在的问题进行探讨,以对下一步科研工作提供参考性意见。Infrared thermal imaging technology is of certain reference significance in the assistant diagnosis and response evaluation of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease (CHD).At present,the study of infrared thermal imaging technology in CHD is still in the preliminary stage.It mainly includes the exploration of correlation between CHD and the relative body surface related areas and acupoints,as well as comparison between the assistant diagnosis and curative effect assessment of CHD.But there still exists lots of shortcomings.In this paper,the research status of infrared thermal imaging technology in the CHD was summarized and the existing problems in the current research were discussed,in order to provide referential suggestion for further research.
