摘  要:石斛是我国名贵药用植物之一,其主要药用成分是其次生代谢物,但其来源有限、含量低、成本高,限制石斛使用空间。研究石斛药用成分的次生代谢产物的网络结构、限速步骤,解析次生代谢合成过程,掌握其药用成分的产生规律,并进行基因克隆或仿生物合成等,对合理开发利用石斛资源有重要意义。文章对石斛的次生代谢产物包括代谢物的检测和鉴定、代谢关键酶的识别和克隆等多方的研究取得的进展作简要综述。Dendrobium is one of the precious medicinal plants in China.Its main medicinal component is its secondary metabolite.However,its source is limited,its content is low,and its cost is high.The price of Dendrobium is especially expensive, which limits the space for Dendrobium to seek human welfare.It is important to study the network structure and speed-limiting steps of the secondary metabolites of Dendrobium officinale components,analyze the process of secondary metabolic synthesis, master the production regularity of its medicinal components,and carry out gene cloning or biomimetic synthesis for the rational development and utilization of Dendrobium resources.This paper reviews the progress in the research of secondary metabolites of Dendrobium,including the detection and identification of metabolites,the identification and cloning of key metabolic enzymes.
