基于形气神三位一体生命观的辟谷研究

摘　　要：目的:通过辟谷的实验研究,探索有别于现有生命模式的另外一种可能存在的生命模式,从而使人类生命获得更大自由。方法:4名受试者在指定空间、全天24h监控下,按照《中医养生康复学》中导引调摄法内容指导动功和静功的习练。其中两名受试者不饮不食,另外两名但饮不食。同时,每天监测受试者体质量、血压、血糖、体温、脉率、血氧饱和度等基本生命体征;实验前后检测血常规、肝肾功能等生理生化指标。结果:4名受试者练功质量、精神状态均良好,2人但饮不食辟谷各21d,1人不饮不食辟谷9d,1人辟谷11d(第1至7天不饮不食)。4人辟谷期间各项指标未见明显异常。结论:研究初步表明,确实存在另外一种不饮不食或但饮不食亦可维持人体正常活动的生命模式。Objective:To explore a possible life pattern different from the existing one through the experimental study of Bigu regimen,so as to make human life obtain more freedom.Methods:Four volunteers under the control of the designated space and 24 hours monitoring were taken as experimental subjects.According to the content of guidance and regulation in TCM Health Rehabilitation,volunteers learned to practice dynamic qigong and static qigong.Two of the subjects did not eat or drink,while the other two did not eat but drink.The body weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,body temperature,pulse rate,oxygen saturation and other basic vital signs were monitored every day.Before and after the experiment,routine blood test,liver and kidney function and other physiological and biochemical indexes were detected.Results:The four subjects had good exercise quality and mental state.Two people did not eat but drink for 21 days,one did not eat or drink for nine days and one for 11 days (no food or drink in the first seven days).No significant abnormalities were observed in all the indicators.Conclusion:The preliminary study shows that there is indeed another life model that can maintain the normal activities of the human body without eating.
