摘  要:目的:探讨百合保肺汤对放射性肺炎的疗效。方法:将48例放射性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组(24例)与对照组(24例),治疗组予以抗生素、激素常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上,予以百合保肺汤。观察两组患者急性放射性肺损害积分以及中医证候积分的变化。结果:两组急性放射性肺损害积分治疗后较治疗前显著性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组中医证候积分较治疗前显著性降低(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:百合保肺汤能显著降低放射性肺炎患者的中医证候积分,减轻急性放射性肺损害,对放射性肺炎患者有较好的疗效。Objective:To study the curative effect of Baihe Baofei Decoction on radiation pneumonia.Methods: Forty-eight patients with radiation pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group (24 cases)and control group (24 cases).The treatment group was given routine treatment with antibiotics and hormone,The treatment group was given Baihe Baofei Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The integrals of acute radiation lung damage and TCM syndrome were observed in the two group patients.Results:The integrals of acute radiation lung damage in control group and treatment group after treatment were lower than that before treatment (P<0.05,P<0.01).The integral of acute radiation lung damage and treatment group after treatment in treatment group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).The TCM syndrome integral after treatment in treatment group significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Baihe Baofei Decoction can significantly reduce TCM syndrome integral of patients with radiation pneumonia,relieving acute radiation lung damage,having good curative effect on patients with radiation pneumonia.
