摘 要:目的:通过研究出血性中风瘀热证患者血清中炎症因子的表达情况,探讨瘀热与炎症病理的相关性及其本质。方法:按照临床诊断标准将患者分成瘀热组和非瘀热组,酶联免疫吸附法检测两组患者血清中炎症因子的表达水平,中位数+四分位间距(M±Q)统计分析实验数据。结果:瘀热组与非瘀热组比较,白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和核因子κB(NF-κB)表达显著升高(P<0.05);白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-α)、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、一氧化氮(NO)表达升高不显著。结论:出血性中风瘀热证患者的炎症因子水平与非瘀热证患者之间存在明显差异,表明瘀热与炎症因子之间存在相关性,揭示了机体炎性反应导致"热"可能是出血性中风瘀热证的本质之一。Objective:To study the expression of inflammatory molecules in the serum of patients with hemorrhagic apoplexy and to explore the correlation between stagnated heat and inflammatory pathology and its essence.Methods:According to the clinical diagnostic criteria,the patients were divided into stagnated heat group and non-stagnated heat group.The expression of inflammatory molecules in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the experimental data were analyzed by median method (M+Q).Results:Compared with the non-stagnated heat patients,the interleukin-1(IL-1), interleuldn-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB)expression were significantly increased in patients with stagnated heat patients (P<0.05).No significant increase in the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-A (TNF-α ),heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and nitrogen (NO)was observed.Conclusion:There is a significant difference between the levels of inflammatory molecules in hemorrhagic stroke patients with syndrome of stagnated heat and those with non-stagnated heat,indicating that there is a correlation between stagnated heat and inflammatory molecules, and revealing that ‘heat'caused by inflammatory reaction may be one of the essences of the syndrome of stagnated heat in hemorrhagic stroke.
