激光光凝治疗眼底病临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探究眼底病采用激光光凝治疗的临床应用价值。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年3月郑州爱尔眼科医院收治的78例(100眼)眼底病患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间将所选患者分为对照组与观察组,观察组39例(43眼)患者行激光光凝治疗,对照组39例(57眼)患者行物理治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:眼底病患者应用激光光凝治疗的疗效显著,复发率较低,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of ocular fundus diseases. Method From June 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital 78 cases(100 eyes) with ocular fundus disease were were divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission, the observation group of 39 cases(43 eyes) were treated with laser photocoagulation treatment, the control group of 39 cases(57 eyes) were treated with physical therapy to compare the incidence, therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups of patients. Result The total effective rate and complication rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of laser photocoagulation for the patients with fundus diseases is obvious, and the recurrence rate is low. It is worthy of clinical application.
