摘 要:针对企业创新资源分配不合理以及资源利用率低的问题,构建基于企业技术创新过程的GERT网络模型;以此为基础,根据企业技术创新过程是否采取有针对性的管控措施、以及由技术创新目标设置差异所决定的创新资源分配情况,测算企业技术创新成功概率及技术创新综合收益。研究表明,在多目标决策情景下,创新资源可得到优化配置,企业技术创新成效更显著。Taking unreasonable distribution of enterprises'innovation resources and the problem of low resource utilization rate into consideration,the GERT network model is constructed based on the process of enterprise technology innovation. On this basis,this paper measures the success probability and the comprehensive income of technology innovation,according to situations of innovation resources allocation determined by the differences in setting technology innovation goals and whether or not to take targeted control measures in the process of enterprise technology innovation.Studies have shown that, innovation resources can get optimal allocation and the result of enterprise technology innovation is more effective under the scenario of multi -objective decision.
