中药注射剂不合理医嘱点评分析

摘　　要：目的:对中药注射剂医嘱进行分析点评,为促进临床医生合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:通过本院his系统随机抽取2016～2017年各科室中药注射剂医嘱,共15种中药注射剂医嘱800份,参照药品说明书、《中国医师药师临床用药指南》和《中国国家处方集》,对其用法用量(包括选用溶媒、使用疗程)、适应症、联合用药、配伍禁忌等进行分析。结果:在800份医嘱中,中药注射剂在临床使用方面存在的主要问题为适应症不适宜,其次有用法用量、联合用药不适宜。结论:通过抽取中药注射剂医嘱分析发现,我院医师在使用中药注射液过程中还存在问题,临床药师应进一步加强监督指导,保障安全、有效、合理用药。Objective:To analyze the medical advice of traditional Chinese medicine injection,and to provide some reference for further standardizing the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections by clinicians.Methods:Randomly selected 15kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections prescribed 800copies from our hospital his system through 2016~2017years the Department of traditional Chinese medicine injections prescribed,according to "drug specifications and China physician pharmacists in clinical medication guide" and "China national formulary",the amount of its usage (including the use of treatment,indications,solvent)the combination and incompatibility rationality analysis.Results:In the analysis of the 800orders,the main problems in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections were inappropriate indications,followed by usage and dosage and inappropriate combination medication.Conclusion: By analyzing the doctor's order of TCM injection,it is found that there are still some problems in the process of using.traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital.Clinical pharmacists,should further strengthen supervision and guidance so as to ensure safe,effective and rational drug use for patients.
