基于二阶段锡尔系数的黔南州旅游生态环境承载力研究

摘　　要：旅游业发展有力促进了当地经济社会发展,但同时也带来了生态环境的压力和挑战。文章基于生态足迹和二阶段锡尔系数模型分析黔南州及各县(市)旅游生态环境差异。研究结果表明:黔南州2011—2016年人均旅游生态足迹逐年下降,人均旅游生态承载力也逐年下降;黔南州整体旅游生态环境差异无明显改变;州内县域旅游生态环境差异仅瓮安、龙里、平塘、独山4县明显减小;旅游生态环境之所以存在差异,表象是受人均旅游生态足迹、人均旅游生态承载力因素的影响,而本质则是受控于区域旅游资源禀赋、旅游规划、旅游开发力度及旅游管理水平等因素之间的相对平衡。文章基于以上研究结论,提出5点建议供相关部门参考。Tourism development strongly promotes the local economic and social development,but which brings pressure and challenge to tourism ecological environment at the same time.Based on the ecological footprint model and two-stage Thiel coefficient model,this paper calculated the differences of tourism ecological environment for Qiannan State and counties (cities).Research results show that:Per capita footprint of tourism ecology in Qiannan State was decreasing year by year,while the per capita carrying capacity of tourism ecology was also decreasing year by year from 2011to 2016;Whole difference of tourism ecology environment for Qiannan State had no significant changes;About the counties difference of tourism ecology environment,only that of Weng'an County,Longli County,Pingtang County and Dushan County decreased obviously;On the surface,the difference of tourism ecological environment is influenced by the per capita ecological footprint of tourism and tourism ecology capacity per capita,however,essentially which is controlled by relative balance among natural endowment of regional tourism resources,tourism planning,tourism exploitation,tourism management level. Based on the above conclusions,this paper put forward five suggestions as the reference for relevant departments.
