摘 要:铸造产品对国民经济具有直接的影响,为改变传统砂型铸造手工设计方式,提高工艺设计水平,采用CAD技术对砂型铸造工艺进行了研究,并且对其进行仿真.砂型铸造工艺平台主要包括补缩、模样放大率、加工余量等功能模块,重点分析冒口和铸造工艺参数CAD设计,同时进行CAE仿真分析.通过测试表明,模型能够使用三维正交网络下的热节预测,结果准确,CAD系统界面友好,功能稳定,工艺设计精度和效率均得到提高.The casting products have a direct impact on the national economy.In order to change the traditional manual design method of sand mold casting and improve the technological design level,the sand casting process by using of CAD technology was analyzed and simulated. The sand casting process platform mainly includes functional modules such as feeding,mold magnification,machining allowance and so on.It focuses on the analysis of riser and casting process parameters of CAD design,While CAE simulation analysis is carried out.Finally,the test shows that the model can predict the hot spot accurately by using of the three-dimensional orthogonal network,and the CAD system has friendly interface and stable function.The accuracy and efficiency of the process design have been improved.
