摘　　要：针对厦门市儿童就医人群疾病谱及变化趋势和就诊行为进行分析,研究样本不够全面,或仅分析医保数据,缺少自费病人数据,或仅分析住院数据,缺少门急诊数据,且缺少地区较具代表性的全样本数据,无法完整、客观地反映儿童疾病谱构成以及分析结果。采取全样本量分析,需要保证原始数据源可靠、安全传输、全量采集,进行数据对照,清洗成标准化数据集,并构建数据仓库。According to the analysis of the disease spectrum,the change trend and the treatment behavior of the children in Xiamen, the research samples are not comprehensive or analyze the medical insurance data only,lack the data of the self paid patients,or analyze the hospitalization data,lack the emergency data,and lack the regional and representative sample data,which can not be complete, objectively reflect the spectrum of children's disease and the results of analysis.With full sample analysis,we need to ensure that the original data source is reliable,safe transmission,full volume collection,data control,cleaning into standardized data sets,and building data warehouse.
