基于HIS的传染病监测管理平台设计与实践

摘　　要：目的:介绍厦门大学附属中山医院基于HIS建立的传染病监测管理平台,为医疗机构更有效开展传染病监测和管理提供依据。方法:在分析医疗机构传染病疫情报告流程和存在的主要问题的基础上,研究平台基本功能设置和扩展功能设置,建立平台构架,对平台的实践效果进行评价。结果:医疗机构在利用信息化手段开展传染病监测和管理的过程中存在较多的困难,通过建立标准化的管理平台,除了可以大幅提高工作人员的工作效率外,传染病信息报告质量也可大幅度提升。结论:厦门大学附属中山医院基于HIS建立的传染病监测管理平台构架合理,实用性强,值得推广。Objective:To introduce the infectious disease monitoring and management platform based on the hospital information system in Zhongshan hospital Xiamen university,which would provide a basis for more effective to carry out monitoring and management of infectious diseases.Methods:Basis of analyzing the infectious disease reporting process and the main problems existing in medical institutions,the basic function and extended function settings of the platform were studied to build the platform structure, the practical effects of the platform was finally evaluated.Results:Medical institutions have many difficulties to conduct infectious disease monitoring and management through informatization methods.A standardized management platform could greatly improve the work efficiency of staff and the quality of information reports.Conclusion:The infectious disease monitoring and management platform in Zhongshan hospital Xiamen university has a reasonable structure and good practicality,which is worth promoting.
