电子中医护理方案系统的制定及初步应用

摘　　要：目的:通过建立电子中医护理方案系统,实现对中医护理方案临床实践过程数据的准确记录及分析,为促进中医护理方案不断优化提供依据。方法:成立多学科研究小组,研发电子中医护理方案系统,通过临床试用,对系统进行评价及改进。结果:系统较符合临床工作实际,能帮助护士在方案的指导下运用中医辨证思维开展临床护理工作,能保障方案实施过程中相关数据的规范、完整及客观采集。结论:电子中医护理方案系统的应用,在提升中医护理工作效率和质量的同时,为中医护理方案的进一步优化提供循证依据。Objective:By electronic TCM nursing program system,we can accurately record and analyze the data of clinical practice process of TCM nursing program,and provide basis for promoting the continuous optimization of TCM nursing program.Methods: A multi-disciplinary research group has been set up to develop electronic TCM nursing program system,evaluate and improve the system through clinical trial.Results:The system is more suitable for clinical practice,and can help nurses to carry out clinical nursing work under the guidance of the program,collect comprehensive,objective and accurate data.Conclusion:The application of electronic TCM nursing program system can improve the efficiency and quality of TCM nursing work,and provide evidence-based evidence for further optimization of TCM nursing plan.
