摘  要:提出了采用电流传输器对基于差动差分电流传输器的电压模式通用双二阶滤波器进行综合的新型系统方法。差动差分电流传输器通过零极子-镜元件的无穷变量模型来描述,可用于节点导纳矩阵扩展过程。采用上述方法得到的八个等效滤波器具有以下特点:6个输入节点和2个输出节点,可实现标准滤波器函数低通、带通、高通、陷波;仅使用接地电容和电阻,可实现极点频率和品质因数之间的正交控性,具有低有源灵敏度和无源灵敏度。最后,通过电路仿真软件验证了某些综合滤波器的可操作性。This paper demonstrates the design of a systematic approach for synthesizing DDCC-based voltagemodeuniversaI biquadratic filter is proposed.The Differential Difference Current Conveyors (DDCC)are described by infinityvariables models of nullor-mirror elementswhich can be used in the Nodal Admittance Matrix (NAM)expansion process. Applying the proposed method,the obtained eight equivalent filters offer the following features;six inputs and two outputs, realization of four standard filter functions,namely low-pass,band-pass,high-pass,notch function,employing only grounded capacitors and resistors.The simulations were performed with HSPICE using the TSMC 0.35gin technology to prove the functionality and attractive results of the proposed circuit.
