摘　　要：【目的/意义】小微企业注册总数占国内企业总数的90%以上,通过多元协同科技创新竞争情报供给体系构建,提升小微企业的科技创新能力及市场竞争力,具有重要的社会及现实意义。【方法/过程】借鉴S2B商业服务模式,以政府、高校、科研院所、科技中介、风险投资、产业集群及其上下游企业等机构为供给链服务主体,以竞争情报供给链数据平台为联结纽带,通过网络协同、数据协同、服务协同、用户协同等多元协同机制,构建基于S2B模式的小微企业竞争情报供给体系。【结果/结论】通过基于S2B模式的小微企业竞争情报供给体系的构建,为小微企业提供线上多元协同、线下数据融合的竞争情报供给服务。[Purpose/significance]The total number of registrations of small and micro enterprises is more than 90% of the total number of domestic enterprises.Through the construction of multi-dimensional collaborative technology innovation and competitive intelligence supply system to enhance the technological innovation capability and market competitiveness of small and micro enterprises.[Method/process ]Drawing on the S2B business service mode,the government,universities, research institutes,technology intermediaries,venture capital,industrial clusters and their upstream and downstream enterprises are the main suppliers of the supply chain,and the data platform of the competitive intelligence supply chain is connected.The ties,through the network cooperation,data coordination,service coordination,user collaboration and other mechanisms to build a multi-functional collaborative small and micro enterprise competitive intelligence supply system. [Result/conclusion]Through the construction of the multi-dimensional collaborative supply system of small and micro enterprises based on the S2B model,the competitive intelligence supply service for offline data fusion and online collaborative services is provided for small and micro enterprise technology innovation.
