扶正止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年1月~2015年12月笔者所在医院收治的80位感冒后咳嗽患者,随机分为A组(对照组)和B组(研究组),A组予口服氨溴索分散片、左西替利嗪片治疗;B组予口服本院自拟的扶正止嗽散治疗。比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果:扶正止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽有效率更高,复发率更低,疗效更稳定。结论:扶正止嗽散加减治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效更好。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Zhisou Powder(FZSS)on cough after cold. Methods: 80 patients with cough after colds were selected from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A(control group)and group B(group B), which were given ambroxol dispersible tablets orally. Group B was treated by oral administration of Fuzheng Zhisou Powder, which was prepared by our hospital. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: the cough symptoms after colds were more complete in the patients treated with Fuzheng Zhisou Powder. Conclusion:Fuzheng Zhisou Powder is more effective in treating cough after cold.
