摘　　要：糖尿病下肢血管病变多归于脱疽一病,虽古代医家对饮食伤及脾胃致病早有论述,但鲜以脾胃为重点论治者。糖尿病下肢血管病变多以中焦脾胃运化功能失调为主要病因病机,导致气机升降失调,痰湿停聚,气血精微不得运化输布,结合现代人们生活水平的提高及饮食习惯的改变,饮食伤及脾胃成为现代治疗脱疽一病不可忽视的病因。张朝晖教授指出治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变须重视脾胃,重视中焦脾胃在发病及治疗中重要作用,中医治疗多以健脾燥湿、活血益气、调和营卫为治法,取得了良好的效果。附验案一则。Diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions are mostly attributed to digital gangrene.Although ancient physicians have already discussed dietary injury and spleen-stomach pathogenesis,they rarely use the spleen and stomach as the main etiology and pathogenesis. Diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions are mostly caused by dysfunction of spleen and stomach in the middle Jiao,which leads to dys-functional qi dynamics,stagnation of phlegm and dampness and dysfunctional transportation and transformation of qi,blood and essence. Combining with the improvement of people's living standards and changes in eating habits,eating habits injuring spleen and stomach has become a cause that cannot be ignored in the modern treatment of digital gangrene.Professor Zhang Zhaohui pointed out that the functions of spleen and stomach is a significant part in the treatment of diabetic lower limb vascular lesions.It is important to pay attention to the indispensable role of spleen and stomach in the pathogenesis and treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment mostly uses treating methods like nourishing spleen to eliminate dampness,activating blood circulation and tonifying qi and regulating and harmonizing Ying and Wei.It has achieved good results.The article is attached with an experienced case.
