藿香正气散在儿科临床应用举隅

摘　　要：藿香正气散具有芳香醒脾、化湿和胃的作用。小儿脏腑娇嫩,生理上具有"脾常不足"的特点,运化能力弱,从而易出现各种疾病。藿香正气散加减临床上治疗多种儿科常见病,如化脓性扁桃体炎、急性上呼吸道感染、腹痛、急性胃肠炎等,疗效显著,充分体现了中医异病同治的原则。Huoxiangzhengqisan has the function of refresh spleen fragrantly, damp-drying and stomach-regulating.Children’s viscera are tender, has the characteristics of "spleen often insufficient" in physiological,and with the weak transport of capacity, so easy to appear a variety of diseases.Huoxiangzhengqisan is applicated in the treatment of many diseases in pediatrics, for example suppurative tonsillitis,acute upper respiratory infection,abdominal pain,acute gastroenteritis and so on, The prescription effect significantly.It fully embodies the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
