摘　　要：通过对一例肺癌晚期患者的安宁疗护,体会到全人护理对临终患者及家属的重要性,身、心、社、灵四位一体全人护理模式包括身体上,心理上,社会上以及灵性上的完整护理照顾,尊重生命,提高生活质量,减少家属哀伤,使其平静走完人生旅程,取得了良好的效果。Through a cass of an elderly patient with end-stage lung cancer,we took palliative care then we understand the importance of end-of-life care for the dying elderly.The specific measures are to take care of the dying old people from the aspects of body,heart,society and spirit which was achieved good results.
