海口万达文旅城观光塔轻质复合墙板施工技术

摘　　要：海口万达文旅城观光塔内隔墙采用轻质复合板砌筑施工,该板墙由双面石英硅钙板与轻骨料混凝土芯体组成。轻质复合板能够减小墙体饰面工程量,缩短墙体施工周期;增大建筑物的实用空间,减轻主体结构的负荷,减少结构工程投资,降低综合造价,可广泛应用于各类建筑的非承重隔墙。通过对观光塔内隔墙轻质复合板安装施工进行论述,归纳出其施工操作的技术要点,可为类似工程施工的技术借鉴。Haikou Wanda City Sightseeing Tower wall text brigade using lightweight construction of composite plate by double wall masonry,the quartz calcium silicate board and lightweight aggregate concrete core body.Light composite plate can reduce the amount of wall decoration works,shorten the construction period of walls,increase the practical space of buildings,reduce the load of main structure,reduce the investment of structural engineering and reduce the comprehensive cost,which can be widely applied to all kinds of non load bearing walls bf buildings.This paper discusses the installation and construction of light composite panels in the inner wall of sightseeing tower,sums up the technical points of its construction operation,and puts forward some concluding suggestions, for similar engineering construction in future.
