摘　　要：分析了北京某综合体建筑空调水系统设计,并结合建筑平面布置和功能需要,从项目投资、节约能源及运营管理等多方面综合考虑,对空调冷热源、空调和采暖水系统作了优选设计,以达到了建筑使用功能要求。可对同类型工程设计起到参考借鉴作用。This paper analyzes the design of air-conditioning water system of a complex building in Beijing,and combines the layout and function of the building,and considers the project investment,energy conservation and operation management to optimize the air-conditioning cold and heat source,air-conditioning and heating water system.Designed to meet the fimctional requirements of the building.Hope to play a reference for the same type of engineering design.
