摘  要:文章研究了3种浸提剂乙酸(HAc)、单宁酸(TA)、十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)在不同初始pH(3.0~12.0)条件下对螯合稳定化飞灰中Ba、Pb、Zn浸出特性的影响。研究表明:(1)浸提剂种类对浸出液的pH、电导率(EC)、氧化还原电位(ORP)影响较大。TA浸提时浸出液的pH最高,EC和ORP最低;HAc浸提时浸出液的ORP最高。HAc和SDS作为浸提剂时,浸出液的pH和EC受初始pH影响较小。(2)3种不同重金属的浸出行为受浸提剂种类影响不同。Ba在SDS溶液中浸出浓度最大,在HAc和TA溶液中浸出浓度相差不大。Pb在TA和SDS溶液中浸出浓度相差不大,在HAc溶液中浸出浓度最低。Zn在TA溶液中浸出浓度最高,初始pH<6时,在HAc中的浸出浓度高于在SDS中的浸出浓度,初始pH>6时两者相差不大。The effect of three extractants which are acetic acid (HAc),tannic acid (TA),sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS),on leaching behavior of barium(Ba),lead(Pb),zinc(Zn)from stabilized fly ash under different pH (3.0-12.0)conditions was studied.The results showed that the kinds of extractants had a great influence on pH,EC,ORP.The pH of leachate reached its maximal values when TA extractant was used while EC and ORP reached their minimal values.When used HAc extractants, the ORP reached the maximal values,pH and EC were less affected by initial pH when used HAc or SDS.The leaching behav- iors of the three heavy metals were different in the three extractants.The leaching concentrations of Ba in SDS were the larg- est and the differences were not significant between HAc and TA.The concentrations of Pb in TA and SDS were similar and reached its minimal values in HAc.The concentrations of Zn were the highest in TA.When pH<6,it is higher in HAc than in SDS,but there were no significant differences when pH>6.
