摘　　要：本文以级联型多电平电压源型变频器为例,介绍了级联型多电平高压变频器的建模过程,首先说明了 PWM 控制脉冲模块的建立过程,通过调节脉冲模块中参考正弦调制波的频率和三角载波的调制比来改变变换器的输出电压和频率,接着介绍单个功率单元、一相和三相不带电动机的仿真模型,并给出其相应的仿真结果,结果表明变频器输出的线电压接近正弦波。In this paper,the cascaded multi-level voltage source inverter is taken as an example to introduce the modeling process of the cascaded multi-level high-voltage inverter.Firstly,the establishment process of the PWM control pulse module is explained.By adjusting the reference sine in the pulse module.The frequency of the modulated wave and the modulation ratio of the triangular carrier are used to change the output voltage and frequency of the converter.Then,the simulation models of single power unit,one-phase and three-phase without motor are introduced,and the corresponding simulation-results are given.The results show that the frequency conversion The line voltage output is close to a sine wave.
