摘　　要：放疗为乳腺癌术后辅助治疗的重要组成部分,但乳腺癌术后放疗后的臂丛神经损伤严重降低患者的生活质量。本文将对放射性臂丛神经损伤的概况、机制、诊断、危险因素及治疗和预防措施进行综述。Radiotherapy is an important part of the postoperative adjuvant therapy of breast cancer. Radiation-induced brachial plexopathy (RIBP)of postoperative radiotherapy severely reduces the quality of life of breast cancer patients.In this article,the general situation,mechanism,diagnosis,risk factors, treatment and preventive measures of RIBP were reviewed.
