糖尿病患者血清腱生蛋白C与尿白蛋白排泄率相关关系的研究

摘　　要：本文通过酶联免疫吸附测定(enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay,ELISA)方法对糖尿病(diabetic mellitus,DM)患者血清中腱生蛋白C(tenascin-C),骨调蛋白(osteopontin,OPN),转化生长因子 β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)的表达水平进行测定,分析得出随着尿白蛋白排泄率的增加,腱生蛋白C,骨调蛋白,转化生长因子 β1呈现明显增高趋势,并且高血压会加剧此三种蛋白的表达水平.此外,Pearson相关分析显示糖尿病患者血清中的腱生蛋白C水平与糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、尿白蛋白排泄率、骨调蛋白、转化生长因子 β1呈现明显正相关关系.The expression levels of serum tenascin-C,osteopontin (OPN),and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in the patients of diabetic mellitus were measured by ELISA.With the increase of the UACR,the expression of tenascin-C,osteopontin,and transforming growth factor-β1 showed a trend of increase and hypertension will argument this phenomenon.Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of tenascin-C were positively correlated with HbA1C,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,UACR,osteopontin,and transforming growth factor-β1.
