摘 要:研究了不同类型的油烟净化设备对不同餐饮排放物的净化效率,研究了静电除尘净化设备、水喷雾净化设备、紫外光解净化设备、撞击流净化设备等对餐饮排放的油烟、挥发性有机物、PM_(2.5)的净化效率。结果显示:紫外光解净化设备和撞击流净化设备相对经典静电除尘净化设备和水喷雾净化设备对餐饮排放油烟的净化效率要高很多,对PM_(2.5)和VOC的净化效率达45%以上。In this paper,we studied the purification efficiency of different types of cooking fume control equipment for different cooking emissions,including the purification efficiency of electrostatic dust removal purification equipment,water spray purification equipment,UV-photodegradation purification equipment,impinging stream purification equipment,etc.to cooking fume,volatile organic compounds (VOCs)and PM2.5.The results show that the purification efficiency of UV-photodegradation purification equipment and impinging stream purification equipment is much higher than that of electrostatic dust removal purification equipment and water spray purification equipment to cooking fume,and the purification efficiency to PM2.5and VOCs is more than 45%.
