摘  要:为拓宽SCR催化剂的工作温度,研究宽温度窗口SCR催化剂在实际烟气条件中的应用对燃煤机组适应负荷波动、实现氮氧化物的超低排放具有重要意义。通过5×10~4 m^3/h的燃煤烟气污染物脱除试验平台,研究了Zn-W/TiO_2宽温度窗口SCR催化剂在不同温度窗口下的脱硝性能、氨逃率及连续运行300 h后催化剂效率及阻力的变化。结果表明:该催化剂在275~320℃性能稳定,当催化剂层温度为275℃、入口ρ(NO_x)为115.00~130.00 mg/m^3时,可保证NO_x出口浓度<20 mg/m^3。NH_3逃逸在低温窗口运行时略高于常规温度窗口,但仍<2.50 mg/m^3。综合各项指标分析,建议该催化剂运行效率<91.0%。Extending the operation temperature window of SCR catalyst and researching the application of SCR catalyst with wide operation temperature window on the coal-fired flue gas are of great significance to realize the ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides in case of long-term load reduction of coal-fired units.A Zn-W/TiO2 SCR catalyst with wide operation temperature window was applied on the 5×10^4m^3/h test platform of pollutant removal.The performance of the catalyst at different temperature was analysed.Researches show that it is stable between 275℃ and 320℃.When the SCR system inlet concentration of NOx in the range of 115.00-130.00mg/Nm^3,the outlet NOx concentration can be cut down to a level lower than 20mg/Nm^3at 275℃.The escape of NH3 at low temperature show little higher than at high temperature,but which is still lower than 2.50mg/Nm^3.Considering various indicators,the running de-nitration efficiency is suggested to be no more than 91.0%.
