摘 要:考察并对比分析了接种和不接种厌氧消化污泥时污泥与餐厨垃圾共消化系统的启动情况。结果表明:接种消化污泥的共消化系统从第13天开始稳定运行,对应的沼气平均日产量为32.8 L/d,甲烷含量达56%;而不接种消化污泥的系统未能成功启动,沼气平均日产量仅有0.4 L/d,甲烷含量占35%;运行结束时不接种消化污泥系统中短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)浓度高达6 703.8 mg/L,远高于接种消化污泥系统的34.9 mg/L;接种消化污泥的共消化系统pH为7.07~7.27,而不接种消化污泥系统的pH<6.50。因此,pH偏低是导致不接种消化污泥系统产气量少的主要原因,为了快速且成功启动污泥与餐厨垃圾共消化系统,有必要接种厌氧消化污泥。Start-up conditions of sludge and kitchen waste co-digestion system inoculated with and without anaerobically digested sludge were investigated and compared in this research.Results showed that:the co-digestion system inoculated with digested sludge had been running steadily since the 13h day,whose average daily output of biogas was 32.8L/d and methane content was 56%;however,the system without digested sludge failed to start up,whose average daily production of biogas was only 0.4L/d and methane content accounted for 35%;at the end of the running,the concentration of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs)in the system without digested sludge was up to 6703.8mg/L,which was much higher than 34.9mg/L of the system inoculated with digested sludge;the pH of the co-digestion system inoculated with digested sludge was 7.07~7.27, while pH of the system without digested sludge was less than 6.5.Therefore,low pH was the main cause for the low gas production in the system without digested sludge,and in order to start up the sludge and kitchen waste co-digestion system quickly and successfully,it is necessary to inoculate anaerobically digested.sludge.
